Return Policy
Winewardrobes.com by Wine Wardrobes, LLC currently considers ALL SALES FINAL. In exceptional circumstances returns will be accepted, with the customer paying for shipping and many parts are subject to a 20% RESTOCKING FEE.
Shipping and Handling Information
All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to Winewardrobes.com's shipping policies. We offer UPS (United Parcel Services) or USPS (United States Post Office) shipping. When chosen, shipping is instantly displayed using your zip code and our shipping calculator. Shoppers have the choice of a variety of shipping options. Ground through Next-Day Air is available for most items. In the rare event that your order never arrives, notification of lost items must be received within 60 days from receipt of the shipping confirmation e-mail.
Standard Delivery
Your order will be shipped approximately 3-5 days after it is placed and should arrive in approximately 5-7 business days after shipping.
Two-Day Delivery
If requested, $14.00 will be added to the standard delivery rate. Your order should arrive within 2 days, if ordered by noon EST.
Overnight Delivery
If requested, $19.00 will be added to the standard delivery rate. Your order should arrive the next business day after shipping, if ordered by noon EST. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless merchandise is damaged or defective. Shipping prices are for domestic orders only, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. For shipping prices outside this region, please contact us. Merchandise Delays - All items are advertised in good faith. Certain items, however, are subject to unexpected production and delivery delays. We will do everything possible to secure these items and fill your order quickly. You will be notified immediately if there is a delay in filling your order in an expeditious manner.
Sales Tax
7% Sales Tax will be added on all merchandise.
Validating Your Order
After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order. Your credit or debit card will normally not be charged if we reject an order, but we will process a refund if the charge has been made against your card.
Order Acceptance/Confirmation
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.
